In organizations, real power and energy is
generated through relationships. The patterns of relationships and
the capacities to form them are more important than tasks,
functions, roles, and positions.

Reorganization Assessments:
Recognizing the ever increasing focus on individual school
accountability, reorganization assessments and
recommendations for improvement can be made at the school
level and the system level. Individuals who may be directly
affected are interviewed, data on workload are analyzed, the
vision/mission are reviewed, and other target groups
identified by the school system interviewed in focus
groups. Concrete recommendations are provided for
consideration by the school district.
