     Welcome to the Educational Leadership Associates, Inc. website.  Your interest and time in coming to this site are greatly appreciated.

     Our purpose is to provide technical assistance to educational leaders individually and in groups to increase their leadership capacities to deliver the highest quality of educational experiences to students to increase their performance in multiple areas (e.g., academics, behavior and socialization, continual learning).

     Our consultants have expertise in multiple areas of education over 10 to 30+ years of leading educational innovations and continuing improvement.  For each client, we provide individualized assistance based on the client’s unique set of resources, expertise, and needs through an improvement plan.
