Educational Leadership Associates, Inc. is using our decades of experience to assist school districts in developing meaningful systemic plans that act as a catalyst to bring about positive reforms that improve student achievement.

We provide clients with a wide range of educational expertise to achieve their strategic goals.

Beliefs:

	Each school and each school district has unique resources, constraints, and needs.
	Technical assistance from external teams, working with school/school district personnel, can be the most effective and efficient means to improve.
	Educational leaders include teacher leaders, assistant principals, principals, coordinators, consultants, assistant/deputy superintendents, and the superintendent.
	Student achievement includes multiple dimensions (e.g., academics, behavior, extracurricular)
	Improvement requires a vision, expertise, time, flexibility, and commitment. Effective technical assistance is offered in a variety of forms—e.g., consultation, retreats, workshops, report development—with follow-up, one/two day workshops, ongoing support, etc.
